Add transaction metrics for SentryStore

    Description

      Now that SENTRY-1512 is integrated we should add metrics for transaction handling in SentryStore class. I think the following metrics would be useful:

      • Transaction count
      • Failed transaction count
      • Count of exceptions of each type that we receive during transaction execution.
