Description

Currently, Sedona supports building multiple spark versions by using different sub-modules parameterized using maven pom properties. 

However, it supports only 3.0-3.3, 3.4, and 3.5. This task is to split the first versions into individual version, e.g., 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3.

This will enable more accurate artifacts and versions used in the build.
