[SEDONA-473] cdm-core mistakenly becomes a compile dependency for sedona-spark-shaded

Description

When use the `sedona-spark-shaded` jar with a Maven resolver, it will look for the `cdm-core` jar which is not in the Maven Central. This will require users to manually specify `spark.jar.repositories`

 

This only affects `sedona-spark-shaded` not `sedona-spark`.
