Description

This is a follow-up ticket of SEDONA-356. We'll change the following functions to accept geometries with WGS84 coordinates in lon/lat order:

• ST_DistanceSphere
• ST_DistanceSpheroid
• ST_AreaSpheroid
• ST_LengthSpheroid
