[SEDONA-33] Fix the copyright issue according to ASF policy after the initial release

Description

After the initial release, a few copyright issues arose. Here is a list of them

 

1. Move the license of the Zeppelin plugin (BSD 2-Clause) to a separate license folder
2. Use GeoJSONWriter from jts2geojson library, and drop the copied version in Sedona
3. Fix the website content according to ASF podling website checks https://whimsy.apache.org/pods/project/sedona. Two places to be fixed: (1) URL to ASF foundation (2) Copyright at ASF (3) Project logo on ASF https://www.apache.org/logos/
4. Provide licenses to the data used in the test. This could be partially avoided by reducing the amount of real-world data used in unit tests. This issue will be fixed in a separate ticket.
