Description

This is one example of failed jobs. The error message says there was a network failure:

Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-shade-plugin:3.4.1 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failed to read artifact descriptor for org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-shade-plugin:jar:3.4.1: Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-shade-plugin:pom:3.4.1 from/to central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2): transfer failed for https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-shade-plugin/3.4.1/maven-shade-plugin-3.4.1.pom: Connection timed out (Read failed) -> [Help 1]

This is caused by a problem in the networking of Microsoft Azure. Here is the discussion on this issue.
