Description

I want to implement the following functions:

1. ST_ZMin (https://postgis.net/docs/ST_ZMin.html) - It returns the Z minima of a geometry
2. ST_ZMax (https://postgis.net/docs/ST_ZMax.html) - It returns the Z maxima of a geometry
