Description

The semantics of ST_Contains is actually "covers" defined by OGC, and ST_Within used to be "coveredBy" but changed to "within" after resolving SEDONA-118. We'll change the semantics of ST_Contains to "contains" and add additional UDFs  ST_Covers and ST_CoveredBy.
