Description

Currently, Apache Sedona can only load GeoTiff images and read the band values. What if users want to make changes to the geotiff dataframe and write it back on disk as a GeoTiff image? I will be adding GeoTiff transformation and write support to Apache Sedona. However, this issue contains only write feature. Another issue will be created for transformation feature.
