Description
ClearCase commands on Windows uses the user name as it was entered at the logon prompt, and these operations are case-sensitive.
Windows logon user names are not case-sensitive but are case-preserving. The same account with various of capitalization can be use but gives a result which is not homogeneous in the blame operation.
