Description

Several changes on the CVS-part of the SCM modules:

• CVS-changes that have been committed in one 'pass' are collected when the author, comment and date are equal. This means a file-list can be build (similar to SVN) instead of generating an entry 'per commit'. If the dates are different by only a second however, they are not merged!
• String-parsing of CVS didn't consider the possibility of a timezone – fixed

Also, made some changes that reflect in my changes to the changelog-plugin:

• Some changes have been made to work with version-tags as well as dates in the changelogset
