Description

When I ran the build of servicecomb-pack, I got flowing error.

[ERROR] DOCKER> Unable to build image [alpha-server:0.6.0-SNAPSHOT] : "The command '/bin/sh -c wget -O /wait-for https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eficode/wait-for/master/wait-for' returned a non-zero code: 1"  ["The command '/bin/sh -c wget -O /wait-for https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eficode/wait-for/master/wait-for' returned a non-zero code: 1" ]

I have some trouble to access the file which hosts in githubusercontent from China.
