Description

Currently, when the error instance has been isolated for as long as singleTestTime, it can be tried until the lastVisitTime is refreshed. But if the error instance is still in timeout error status, it takes too long time to get the invocation result and get the lastVisitTime refreshed. And before the lastVisitTime is refreshed, there may be too many requests routed to the error instance, causing massive invocation errors.
