Description

Since JAXB was removed from JDK, donated to Eclipse Foundation and renamed/made part of Jakarta EE effort, it would be great if Santuario could adopt new Jakarta XML Binding and provide some public (beta/milestone?) version to be used in GlassFish 6 development and target some final version some time before GF 6 finalizes.

Currently, Eclipse Metro has dependency on Santuario and this brings in the dependency on  "javax.xml.bind" packages to GlassFish, see also this plan
