Description

This task is to add support for AES GCM algorithms via a third party Crypto provider as detailed in the spec:

http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlenc-core1/#sec-AES-GCM

This change will allow a user to use a provider such as BouncyCastle to encrypt and decrypt messages using these algorithms.
