Major Description
We don't seem to be using the travis integration, it appears to be have been failing for a month now without anyone noticing: https://travis-ci.org/apache/samza/builds
It would still be nice to have some type of CI, but it's probably worth getting ASF's more tightly integrated Jenkins support running, as we've discussed before.
In the meantime, there's no reason to be running tests no one is paying attention to.
