      Description

In SAMZA-32 we introduced JS-based navigation in the AM UI. One thing that bugs me about the new UI is if I navigate to some sub-tab (say containers), and then refresh the page, I lose my place. I'm no longer on the container tab--I'm back on the main landing page. I think this can be fixed by using #targets and making the JS pay attention to this when the page loads.

This patch does not apply cleanly against master. Likely a conflict with SAMZA-396, which I've already committed.

Attaching a patch that persists the tab using a location hash. For example, http://localhost:8088/proxy/application_1409014311073_0003/#task-groups will show the page with the Task Groups tab active.
