offset.default for intermediate streams should default to upcoming for non-batch jobs

    Description

      There is a bug in the offset.default for intermediate stream - it is set to oldest by default.

      This config should be defaulted to "oldest" if job runs in in batch mode and "upcoming" (same as source topics) for all other jobs
