Add retry in ApplicationRunner for failed StreamProcessors

    Description

      If StreamProcessor fails, it may be because of some intermittent error.
      So we should retry couple of times (~50?).
      If we want to avoid creating new configs, we should probably have something like .retryNum(#) operator, so the user can specify this value.
