Major Description
As the Scala ecosystem has changed a lot, support for version 2.12 of scala is required.
s2graph was first created in 2015, and some libraries in use in s2graph are no longer updated, so Scala 2.12 is not supported.
To support scala 2.12, replace the necessary libraries and modify them to work.
