Description

Currently there does not seem to be a way to install a Rya instance with the prospector active.

This should be kind of easy:

1. Look at extras/indexingExample/src/main/java/ProspectorExample.java
2. Add to the installer prompts.
3. Add code where configuration for indexes are used in the shell code.
4. Also add code where the shell does an installation of new instance of Rya.
