Description

Implement the following interactors for MongoDB, corresponding to the like-named Accumulo versions that are complete.

InstanceExists
ListInstances
Uninstall
LoadStatements
LoadStatementsFile
ExecuteSparqlQuery

Also created a factor for constructing an instance of RyaClient.java using the MongoDB interactors. Update RyaClient to make Accumulo specific interactors optional.
