Description

When preparing the release put all the optional profiles during mvn release:prepare step.
Update the release instructions.

mvn clean release:prepare -P geoindexing -Darguments="-DskipTests"

This allows the pom.xml files version update.

Also these two have old versions: "3.2.10-incubating-SNAPSHOT"
osgi/pom.xml
osgi/sesame-runtime-osgi/pom.xml

verify with:
grep -r SNAPSHOT rya-project-3.2.11-incubating
