Description
Currently the Rya download page provides links for using unreleased software (specifically pointing out the github repository and an unreleased vagrant image that will bring up a copy of the software).
ASF policy prohibits both of these things. Instead, the download page can refer interested folks to joining the dev list as a contributor if they are interested in helping out with the unreleased project.
