Description

The bookmark linker plugin seems overly agressive in its substitution logic.

I hit this by having a bookmark for http://www.slashdot.org that I've named "slashdot", which seems reasonable enough.

Now, if I happen to create an entry with a specific link to something, e.g. <a href="http://www.slashdot.org/foo">some article</a>, the bookmark linker plugin will replace the slashdot within the href.
