Description

Provide the blog author a way to customize his favicon shown in the following:

• URL browser window (other than hand-adding <LINK REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="favicon.gif"> to the page
• browser tabs (same as above)
• whatever is used by bloglines.com (http://icons.bloglines.com/icons/) to prefix the blog name (to override the default javacup used on b.s.c or the JRoller default icon)

Provide also a way to specify an RSS image summary, (i.e. <image rdf:resource="favicon.gif"> or equivalent).
