    Description

      The beginning of the document looks like this:

      However, it should be like this:

      <XDtConfig

      The problem was indicated fixed in:
      http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?thread_id=5360522&forum_id=9297

      But I did a CVS update today, and did not see the change.
