Hi,
i am working on apache roller 4.0.
i got an error message while creating new user registration as
"The administrator of this site has disabled user registrations at this time. Please contact the system administrators if you think this is incorrect."
what kind of admin rights i need to have in order to create new users and new web blogs etc..
