Description

If there is only one admin user in the server after disable his role as Administrator, the "Admin User Page" became obsolete.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install glassfish v2 and roller build dated 7/17/2007
2. Create a admin user (assume there is no other admin user)
3. Login as admin user
4. Go to "Admin User Page" > "User Admin" > select edit admin user > un-select Administrator role > save the change
