[ROL-1350] Refine trackback message...

Description

Erroneously sent at trackback to the blog entry URL instead of the trackback URL (http://blogs.smugmug.com/onethumb/2007/02/07/i-dont-wear-manfume-do-you/) and received this confusing message:

"Trackback failed, code [200] OK" Something like the following would have been more helpful: "The URL you entered does not appear to be a valid trackback URL. Please check the URL and try again."

Then, I entered the valid trackback URL (http://blogs.smugmug.com/onethumb/2007/02/07/i-dont-wear-manfume-do-you/trackback/) and received the following:

"Trackback failed, remote server says: [1] We already have a ping from that URI for this post."

Not sure why there would be a successful ping since I received the "Trackback failed..." message the first time, but the first ping (tho' it was the wrong URL) was successful.
