Description

The 2.3 createdb.sql for Postgres creates a database with the incorrect type for the timestamp columns.

You discover this when you register your first user, a blank screen is presented and the roller.log contains an error concerning a column in a result set (something like crea_7_..., logs are gone now). Other operations give an error with "String index out of range: 23".
