Description

After deleting a global ping target, the ping tab is unavailable to users "Unpected exception" occurs. Users are then unable to create new entries nor delete the weblog.

Create a user weblog
Login as Admin and delete a global ping.
Login back in as the same user and attempt to access the Ping tab. Unhandled exception.
Attempt to create a new entry. Unexpected exception.
Attempt to delete the entire Blog - Error" No row with the given identifier exists: org.apache.roller.pojos.PingTargetData#c885fd950b436ce9010b5c945f8e0515"
