Description

1) Apache license headers applied to all files.
2) Entire application repackaged from org.roller to org.apache.roller.
3) The Enhanced JavaScript editor (editor-text-js.jsp) has been completely removed from Roller (LGPL)
4) The Weblog Entry spell checked has also been completely removed from Roller (LGPL)
