[ROCKETMQ-49] we want to query producer info

Description

We deploy the rocketmq-console and want to improve the producer page.
We want to see all of the online producer(or query a producer only by topic).But we can't.
We can only query a online producer use topic and groupName. (Use GET_PRODUCER_CONNECTION_LIST)
I think it is not easy to use.So I wish you can add the feature for us.
For example:
1.Get all producers
2.Query producer only by topic (don't need groupName)
