    Description

When we changed IDC infrastructure, the server lost power by accident. When we found after half an hour, we power on the server and restart the broker.

But then, some teams found that then couldn't consume message from the restarted server any more, and got an exception, the subscriptionGroup doesn't exist. I checked the consumerOffset file and subscriptionFile under store path, I found the subscriptionGroup info in consumerOffset file, but not in the subscriptionGroup file. At the same file, I found many subscriptionGroup missed

      in the subscriptionGroup file.

I fix this by updateSubscriptionGroup command.
