Bugtraq ID 6291831

When building tools.jar and jsk-platform.jar, preferredlistgen
produces many warning messages related to inner/outer class
preference conflicts. The user has no way of knowing whether these
messages are indicative of a problem.

A note was added to the build.html file in the 2.1 release, but an
alternate solution should be considered.

modify the build to echo a message after the preferredlistgen
tool is run to make it clear that the warnings are expected
