[RIVER-295] Support configurable option to prevent from popup windows that require a confirmation by the user

Description

In case the lookup attributes of a service change for which the service editor window is displayed a window will popup that requires the user to indicate whether he wants to update the window or not, a similar situation when the service is removed from the lookup service and the service editor window is open. By having a configuration entry that would enable an 'automatic confirm' some people will be pleased that don't like these popup windows asking for confirmation. Also consider a menu option to configure the behavior at runtime.
