      Description

      Provide a ServerSocketFactory implementation (perhaps somewhere in
      com.sun.jini.jeri rather than somewhere in net.jini.jeri) that can be used to
      set the backlog value on server sockets. Need to be able to control
      NIO-capable vs not as well.
