At present, if creation of a group VM fails and the group has a restartable customer , recreation will continue to be attempted forever until it succeeds. Customer requests an alternate policy be made available, such that recreation attempts cease after some number of failures; recreation would again be attempted upon request to activate a remote customer in the group.
