Description

Right now, if we throw an Exception intentionally in a Driver handler, this will be all we receive as the failure message on the Java side:
Bridge received error from CLR: Exception in Call_clrSystemAllocatedEvaluatorHandler_OnNext. We should propagate the stack trace properly such that the message will be more insightful.
