Description

Talking to shulmanb, in ASA's case, the Evaluator needs to know if the Driver has been restarted such that it can reregister its application endpoint with the NameServer on the new Driver, This handler can potentially be useful in other scenarios as well. markus.weimer, do you think this is something worth implementing on REEF?
juliaw FYI, since you have the task to rewrite the .NET Evaluator.
