[REEF-56] Stop creating a shaded JAR for reef-tests

Description

We create two JARs in reef-tests that contain all dependencies. One is created via the maven-assembly-plugin, the other via the maven-shade-plugin. The latter isn't used anywhere anymore. As the former also creates JARs that are compatible with the yarn jar command, we should remove the shaded variant to speed up our builds ever so slightly.
