    Description

      Current Vortex assumes single distributed thread pool with homogeneous evaluators whose resources are fixed at the job launch time. It'd be good to allow for more sophisticated/fine-grained configurations with schemes like:

      • Configuration options for heterogeneous evaluators
      • Have VortexWorker report runtime resource usage to the VortexMaster
