Mark unused code paths in the C# Driver with [Obsolete]

    Description

      The C# Driver code contains some traces from an initial design where we would have a complete second implementation in C# instead of the bridge approach now in the code base. We should delete those traces. In order to do that, we should mark them as Obsolete in 0.11. We can then delete them in 0.12.
