    Description

      This issue is an umbrella issue for REEF-362 and REEF-1745.

      The main purpose of this issue is improving communication between REEF components, through reforming REEF protocols via formal analysis (REEF-1745) and applying HTTP to Wake transport layer (REEF-362).
