    Description

      Evaluator metrics is to hold evaluator metrics data such as counters. The data will be updated at evaluator side and then passed to driver through heartbeat.

      To start with, we will define counters in the metrics which should be able to represent integer data such as iterations. More metrics will be added while we are moving along.
