Description

CanRunClrBridgeExampleOnYarn is the only test which uses ValidateSuccessForLocalRuntime in a test which is supposed to run on Yarn. We need to remove this logic (in follow-up JIRA it will be replaced with reading distributed logs, but that will be added uniformly for all Yarn tests)
