Description

Our .NET projects have different values for some fields: AssemblyCompany and AssemblyTrademark are either empty (majority) or "The Apache Software Foundation", and AssemblyCopyright is either "Copyright © 2016" (majority) or "The Apache Software Foundation". We should decide which one is correct and unify these fields.

Since this requires editing all files anyways, let's also introduce SharedAssemblyInfo.cs file to hold common assembly information.
