Description

The purpose of this Jira is creating bootstraping mechanism for submitting multi-runtime jobs to Yarn/HDI.
The multi runtime bootstrapping mechanism will read AvroMultiRuntimeAppSubmissionParameters, that contain generic multi runtime configs like default runtime and list of supported runtimes, as well as a avro configuration for all the provided runtimes: AvroLocalAppSubmissionParameters, AvroYarnAppSubmissionParameters and in the future additional parameters.

After multi runtime submission code will fully committed, this bootstrapping mechanism will replace the current one. If it will receive only single runtime configuration it will create JobDriver configuration for that runtime only.
