Description

Currently, there are some job-level parameters in AvroYarnAppSubmissionParameters. We should move them into AvroYarnJobSubmissionParameters such that when separation between job and application parameters are defined, the client would not have to parse parameters that are in the already-generated application parameter file, but will only need to generate the parameters that are needed for the job parameter file.
